How much will it cost? That all depends on your goals and the package(s) you choose.  Rest assured we can find a package that suits your financial needs!


How much time will I have to invest? Not to answer a question with a question…But how much time are you WILLING to invest?

 

What are your hours? That depends on your need.  Generally I prefer to keep the dinner hour and Sundays open to spend time with my family.

 

Do you take Visa/MC/Amex? We take Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Pay-Pal, Personal Checks and Money Orders, and of course…good old fashion cash money! 

 

Do you file with insurance? At this time we do not

 

When can I expect results? That varies from person to person. Generally when your program is adhered to, you should start seeing changes in as little as four weeks.

 

Do you follow HIPAA guidelines?  Though we are not legally bound to, we do follow HIPAA guidelines.  Your personal information will remain strictly private

 

What are the benefits of a personal trainer vs joining a gym? Most public gyms have only one goal in mind…To get as many paying customers in the door as possible.  You become nothing more than a number to them and the guy that signed you up yesterday doesn’t even remember your name. 

A personal trainer is there with you every step of the way, ensuring you won’t give up on your goals and helping in any way to make sure you achieve them.  A personal trainer will keep you motivated…An intimidating gym chain…not so much.

 

What if I am vegan? We help you to design a nutritious menu around that

 

What if I am a picky eater (in respect to the food plan)? With our programs, you have complete say over what foods you like to work with. We like giving our clients a hands on approach so they can fully understand not only what they are eating, but why as well.  Education is the focus.

 

What if I am sick when I have a session scheduled?  24 hours notice of cancellation is required unless it is a legitimate emergency.

 

Are you CPR certified? Yes we are.

 

What certifications do you hold? We hold a CFT from ISSA, Precision Cuisine from NY Strength, Wellness Coaching Certificate the ONLY fitness professional in the state of Nebraska to hold the world renowned Muscle Mastery certificate (which includes upper body, lower body, and total body mastery)

 

What if I have an injury? Once you are cleared by a medical professional, we will work around the injury until it has healed. Then we will utilize exercises designed for protection of tendons and ligaments.

 

Can I still work out when I am pregnant/Do you have a program for pregnant women? As long as you have medical clearance and are making regular appointments with your physician, then yes you can work out…WITH limitations.  We create programs for every body type and that includes those of you that are pregnant.

 

What if I donate blood?  Should I not work out that day?  Absolutely not!  Blood flow is your life force and running a pint low is the same as driving long distance on an empty tank.  Give it 24 hours!
